Fitout and Commercial Carpenters, Sydney, Casual

Casual carpentry work in Sydney, in the CBD and out west, through The Partnership Group. $55 to $65 an hour plus super depending on experience and tickets. Paid weekly, and you deal with the same two people every time.

The work

• Commercial fitout, partitions, ceilings, doors and hardware, joinery install.

• Formwork and structural carpentry on the bigger western Sydney sites.

• Refurbishment work in the CBD, some of it night or weekend access.

• Setting out and working off drawings.

What you need

• Trade qualified carpenter, or the equivalent experience on commercial sites.

• Current White Card, own tools, own transport, Australian work rights.

• EWP, heights, confined spaces, scaffolding or rigging tickets help and are not essential.

• Are you trade qualified, and how many years on commercial or fitout sites.

• Your White Card number and expiry.

• Which suburbs you can reasonably get to.

• Days a week available and when you can start.
