Mechanical Site Manager, Hospital Project, Perth

A national multi-trade mechanical design and construct contractor is hiring two Site Managers for a major hospital project in Perth. The mandate is confidential and the contractor is named at verbal screening.

You would run mechanical installation on a live health build. Labour, subcontractors, safety, quality, sequence, coordinated drawings and commissioning readiness are yours. Health, data centre or live site experience is strongly preferred.

Who it suits

• Site leadership with a commercial mechanical services contractor. Consultancy only, general builder, client side facilities and service only backgrounds are not a fit for this seat.

• Perth based candidates rank first. Interstate candidates who will relocate or mobilise to Perth are welcome to apply.

The package

• Permanent, on site, Perth. Priced as a project role, above a standard site seat. The band is discussed on the first call.

• Interviews are expected inside one to six weeks.
