Mechanical Supervisors, Hospital Project, Perth, Two Roles

A national multi-trade mechanical design and construct contractor is putting two Mechanical Supervisors onto a major hospital project in Perth. The mandate is confidential and the contractor is named at verbal screening.

The work is running mechanical installation on the ground. Coordinating trades on the floor, keeping the programme honest, and holding quality and safety on site through to commissioning.

What we are looking for

• Mechanical services or HVAC installation background, trade qualified.

• Supervisory experience on commercial projects, ideally hospital, data centre or another high specification build.

• Able to read and work to mechanical drawings and a programme.

• Construction White Card.

The package

• Permanent, full time, Perth. Priced as a project role, above a standard site seat, with vehicle or allowance. The band is discussed on the first call.

• A long programme, not a short job, and health sector work, which is the technical end of mechanical services.
