Project Manager, Commercial Hydraulics

A Sydney commercial hydraulic and plumbing contractor is hiring a Project Manager to run commercial hydraulic packages from procurement and construction through to commissioning and handover. Projects are typically $1m to $5m and above across retail, commercial, government and industrial work.

What they need

  • A strong commercial plumbing or hydraulic construction background, ideally through the trade.

  • Managing multiple projects and site teams at once, programming and labour management.

  • Procurement and subcontractor management, builder and client liaison.

  • Variations, progress claims and the commercial side of a package.

The package

  • Permanent. $140,000 to $170,000 plus super, with vehicle or allowance and performance incentives negotiable.

They would also consider an exceptional Senior Foreman or Site Manager ready to step into project management.
