Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Hospital Project

A national multi-trade mechanical design and construct contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a major mechanical services package on a Perth hospital project. The mandate is confidential and the contractor is named at verbal screening.

The role

• Own programme, budget, procurement, subcontractors, variations, client interface, risk, commissioning and handover, reporting to the national Construction Manager.

Who it suits

• Ten or more years of mechanical services contracting with complex health, data centre or major commercial delivery.

• Current or recent commercial mechanical contractor delivery background is the hard gate. Consultancy only, general builder, client side facilities and service only backgrounds are not a fit.

• Perth based candidates first. Interstate candidates need a genuine willingness to relocate or mobilise.

The package

• Permanent, Perth. Priced as a senior project role, above a standard seat. The band is discussed on the first call.
