The Partnership Group is a specialist Australian recruitment agency focused on the markets where judgement matters most: nursing, construction, trades and facilities management. These are not markets where a generic desk, a loose database search or an advert-only approach is enough. The right person needs the right technical background, the right compliance profile, the right setting fit and a clear reason to move.


TPG is led personally by Co-Founders Lily Waller and Chris Tipper. Lily leads nursing and healthcare recruitment with clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse before moving into recruitment. Chris leads construction, trades, facilities and technical recruitment with long-standing experience across project delivery, operations, engineering, trades and technical markets.


The model is deliberately narrow. TPG works where the wrong hire costs more than a fee. In nursing, the risk shows up in residents, patients, rosters, compliance and continuity of care. In construction and facilities, it shows up on site, in programme delays, safety requirements, client delivery and trade availability. That is why serious briefs are owned by the Director who understands the market.
