Site Manager — HVAC Mechanical

$125,000 base + Car Allowance + Super | Sydney, NSW | Permanent Full-Time

This is an ideal role for a qualified refrigeration and air conditioning tradesperson who wants to build a long-term career in HVAC site management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting senior site managers in overseeing HVAC mechanical projects across the full project lifecycle
• Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules
• Attending site visits, client meetings and project reviews
• Learning WHS compliance including toolbox talks, SWMS and site inductions
• Preparing site reports and documentation

What You Will Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC mechanical services, either from the tools (Cert III/IV in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
• A genuine desire to build a career in site management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and tradespeople
• Sydney-based or willing to relocate
