Yes. Permanent, contract and labour hire.
How fast can you deliver a shortlist?
Quickly for common roles. We confirm a realistic timeline when we take the brief rather than promise a number we cannot stand behind.
Who will I actually deal with?
A Director. Chris Tipper owns every construction and engineering brief, building services and safety included. Lily Waller owns every nursing brief.
How do you keep our business compliant?
We always ensure fully compliant staff arrive on site. We verify AHPRA where relevant, National Police Checks, Working With Children Checks, right to work and ID, licences and tickets, and site specific inductions. Our team understands state and site requirements across Australia, and we will work with you to streamline workflows so our process fits your operations.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. On our standard terms we provide a 12 month replacement guarantee on permanent placements. One free replacement per role if the hire does not work out for performance or fit reasons. Exclusions apply for redundancy, role closure or significant job change. Final terms are confirmed in your service schedule.
Do you offer recruitment process outsourcing or embedded talent?
Yes. Scalable teams working inside your business by the hour, day or project, under a partnership agreement.
Are you available after hours?
Yes. We operate 24/7, seven days a week, for clients and candidates that require it.
Will you send my CV to an employer without asking?
Never. We tell you who the employer is and get your permission before anything is sent.
Do candidates pay a fee?
No. The Partnership Group is an employment placement service and we do not charge candidates a fee for finding them work.
