The Partnership Group recruits the trades and project leadership that help deliver Australian data centre projects: licensed electricians, HVAC and mechanical cooling technicians, supervisors, project managers, project engineers and commissioning support. The desk is led personally by Co-Founder Chris Tipper, with the focus on people who understand high-compliance, programme-sensitive environments.


Public evidence supports the scale of the market pressure. CEFC states that AI, cloud computing and digital infrastructure demand are driving a data-centre boom, with Australian data centres expected to grow fourfold within a decade and capacity projected to rise from 1.35 GW today to between 4.7 GW and 7.4 GW by 2035. Microsoft has also announced an A$25 billion Australian investment by the end of 2029 across digital infrastructure, cyber defence and workforce skilling.
