What the roles actually cover
The Foreman runs sewer and sanitary drainage, hot and cold water, stormwater and civil drainage, trade waste, fire hydrant and hose reel services and plant rooms, and owns programming, labour coordination, material procurement, builder coordination, QA and project documentation. The Project Manager takes the package from procurement and construction through commissioning and handover, manages several projects and site teams at once, and owns variations, progress claims and the commercial side.
