Lily Waller

Co-Founder & Director, Healthcare

Lily worked the floor before she ever wrote a job ad. As an Enrolled Nurse she covered aged care, community, hospital, mental health and end-of-life settings, including caring for her own nan through to end of life. That experience is the lens she brings to every placement. She knows what a good shift feels like and what a bad one costs residents and patients. Today Lily runs the Aged Care, Nursing and Private Hospital desks personally, with tight screening, transparent communication and smooth onboarding on every placement.

Chris Tipper

Co-Founder & Director

Chris has built and scaled recruitment businesses and new divisions across healthcare, construction, engineering and trades. Before launching The Partnership Group he founded and led high performing teams, creating the playbooks for fast, compliant hiring and repeatable growth. Clients value his straight talk, pace and accountability; candidates remember the care and preparation. Chris combines hands on business development with operational discipline: clear targets, data driven decisions and consistent delivery, so every shortlist is interview ready and on brief.
