Founder and Managing Director

Chris has built and scaled recruitment businesses and new divisions across healthcare, construction, engineering and trades. Before launching The Partnership Group he founded and led high performing teams, creating the playbooks for fast, compliant hiring and repeatable growth. Clients value his straight talk, pace and accountability; candidates remember the care and preparation. Chris combines hands on business development with operational discipline: clear targets, data driven decisions and consistent delivery, so every shortlist is interview ready and on brief.

Co-Founder and Director of Delivery

Lily is the engine of our candidate experience. She has built high volume delivery teams, launched new service lines and developed talent communities that keep pipelines warm across peak periods. With deep expertise in compliance and process design, Lily balances quality with speed: tight screening, transparent communication and smooth onboarding for every placement.
