Pricing

Three ways to pay for recruiting. Pick the one that fits how often you hire.

A fee per hire when hiring is occasional. A desk when it is constant. The whole function run by us when you would rather not build one. Prices are on the page because you should not need a meeting to find out.

Fully outsourced: your recruiting function, run by us

This is the tier for a business that hires all year and does not want to build a recruiting team to do it. We take the whole lane: how the business looks to candidates, every advert, every application, every search, every screen, every shortlist, every offer, and the paperwork that gets someone to day one.

It runs as a desk underneath, so you get the same map, the same record and the same Friday report. On top of that we run your adverts and your LinkedIn presence, answer every applicant, and sit down with you once a month to look at what the market is doing and what to change.

It is a lot of contact. That is the point. Chris takes the account personally, which is why there is a ceiling on how many of these we run at once.

Advertising spend passes through at cost. Payroll for on-hire workers is quoted as a margin on the hourly rate. All prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST.

Questions

Is fully outsourced an RPO?
Yes. Recruitment process outsourcing, sized for a business hiring thirty or more people a year rather than a thousand. We run the function; you keep the hiring decisions.
Can we start on a Desk and move up?
Yes. A Desk moves to fully outsourced from the start of the next month. The map and the record carry across, so nothing restarts.
Does fully outsourced replace our HR team?
No. It replaces the recruiting part of their week: the adverts, the applications, the searching, the screening and the admin. Contracts, policy and people management stay with you.
What does advertising cost on top?
Advertising spend is passed through at cost with no mark-up. Seek prices each advert individually; we tell you the figure before anything goes up.
Can you pay our on-hire workers?
Yes, through our payroll partner, quoted as a margin on the hourly rate once we know the roles and the numbers.
Why a three-month initial term on fully outsourced and none on a Desk?
The first month of a fully outsourced engagement is setting up adverts, brand, the map and the application lane for your business. Three months is the shortest run that is fair to both sides. After that it is monthly with one month of notice.
Where is the work done?
In Australia, by people employed here. Nothing is offshored on any tier.
What does the setup fee cover?
On a desk your team runs: seats and logins for your person, your lists loaded, the first market map and the first approach written and signed off, in the first fortnight. It is waived against your fourth month. On fully outsourced: the above plus your adverts, careers page, application lane and reporting built in your name, and with payroll, the onboarding, timesheet and pay run setup for on-hire workers.
