No meeting needed to get it.
Which tier will you quote?
It follows the number of hires you expect. Fewer than ten a year is the Partnership Programme, a fee per hire that steps down. Ten to thirty is an always-on desk, run by your person or ours. Thirty or more, or no recruiting function at all, is fully outsourced.
What is different about this?
Most agencies sell you a placement and start again next time. Most software sells you a seat and leaves you to run it. We run a desk: a named person on your roles every day, our systems doing the finding, the writing and the admin, and a record of your market that you keep. Prices are on the site because you should not need a meeting to find out.
Is a quote a commitment?
No. It is a price and a plan. If you take it up, the first step is the review, where we map your market properly and set the desk up; that is credited against your first month.
Can we add adverts and applications later?
Yes. The branding and voice pack can be added to any tier at an agreed fixed monthly cost, with advertising charged back at cost.
